Trip to Prince George

Currently in Prince George, finally found a Walmart that could fix my two tires ,one had a nail in it and the other one needed to be replaced as it had a bulge in the side of it ,must of been the potholes.Luckily it only cost me $18 to have the tire fixed and a tire replaced.Heading for Jasper where i will spend a few days, want to see the glaciers.Stayed at a campground called Bear Lake there were two bears in the campgrounds, the rangers were trying to catch them,i only heard them one crashing through the bush...DAD

Trip to Fort Nelson

It's pouring rain again the road from Coemack to Watson Lake Hyw#4 started out as a paved road then turned into 600km of pure hell ,it rained until 3pm the road was a washout, pot holes filled with water looked like small lakes in the road,at times my van bottomed out in the mud,you couldn't stop or you would get stuck.I say one car coming towards me in 350km,what a trip, drove for 8 hours and covered 350km only 250 to go.Stayed over night along the side of the road in a rest area, next day the road improved as the sun caqme out,now in Fort Nelson where i will spend a few days recovering.....DAD

Inuvik back to Klondike Hyw

Catholic church that is shapped like an iglo, the trip back was a little worse as it rained hard, the road turned into a mess in many parts, the only good thing was there was no dust and the potholes were full of water so you could see them,my van looked like a disaster zone will need to find a car wash...Dad

Dawson City to Inuvik

Dawson to Inuvik is 750km of dirt roads, they were not too bad for dirt roads, potholes of course and lots of dust.Inuvik surprised me there are lots of trees, small ones but not what i expected.Bugs and more bugs, mosquitoes by the millions,i was kept a prisoner in my van, only spent one day there then headed back
